Hydration

Okay all you runners! Now that you've started training for Ragnar (right?) you will begin to run for longer distances. One thing you are going to need if you don't have one already is some sort of pack that can hold water. You will probably want to wear one during the Relay too. Anyway, what's right for me may not be right for you so shop around. The key is to not get dehydrated!

Would it be bad to fill it with Diet Pepsi? That is what I think I'm going to need more than water:)
